| Did those spec. line capacity numbers come from the reel manufacturer? If they did, give their customer service dept. a call and see if they can explain it to you. kdawg | |

| Great idea, here is their response
Mono line has a certain degree of ductility. Under the same line diameter, entangled lines with a certain tension will elongate the Mono line and make it thinner. Therefore, Mono lines with the same diameter will have a longer length
Our 80lb Braid test line has a diameter of about 0.18in, which is slightly thicker than 0.16, so the test results may be shorter
And there may be conversion errors between lines of different specifications
