thanks for sharing. One thing I noticed w the 1st one is you waited almost 2 minutes to set the hook. a big musky can suck down a sucker the size you are using fairly fast. They are called "quick set rigs" for a reason my advice is to set the hook if you can in under 30 seconds for sure... simply get the fish swimming away asap and hammer em.

Thank you for the tip! We will for sure make adjustments, he took it and ran so we wanted to get on top of him to set the hook, that’s why it took so long but we will for sure make better adjustments the next time we get out.

I would add not reeling the line all the way to the bobber. Put a planer board clip on the bobber and attach it that way.so it comes off easy.

Thank you! We were actually trying to come up with a Way to avoid that from happening so that helps out.
