| Has anyone received a refund from Ontario because they had purchased a 3 year license and weren't able to use a year? If so what process is used to get the refund? I emailed from the website about 2 weeks ago with no response and have been on hold for an hour so far with trying to call. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks |

| I would be surprised if they don't have some language that holds them harmless, act of God, etc. Be a nice gesture if they did refund, though. |

Location: SE, WI. | If you purchased your license prior to COVID, you can get a refund. We Did! Send an Email. They will get back. Might take a week or so. Refund came through about 2 weeks later. JD |

Not that it matters to me. Just curious.
