What ever happened to the special license you need for bringing a boat to MN?

Location: MN		Gone for now. Not too well thought out and folks went bananas over it. We're the king of fees and add ones here so I'm sure it will be back in some form.

I do believe they are in a process to require people who have violated ans laws to do the online training before launching there boat
