| Hey guys, another question for you. When do you use a fluro leader and when do you use a wire leader? I usually use fluro for basically everything but jerkbaits, but I am wondering what others do. Also, how heavy of leaders do you go with? Thanks! |

| Everyone has their own favorite flavor of ice cream. So here is mine 100# Fluro for everything. I triy not to over think things and keep them simple when it comes to basic setups. I run one Rod and reel combo and don't want to waste time tieing on a different leader for a different bait. I use to have dedicated rods for fifferent baits and different leaders and one day I said to myself let me try using a fluro for everything and it worked so I have not looked back to my old method. |

| I run 6"-12" single strand wire for everything. Bucktails I usually run 124#, jerks are 195#. I know fluro leaders are different today, I just don't like the risk of bite offs. |

Location: Lake Elmo, MN | 9" wire casting with bucktails. Lighter ones with small baits and 100#+ for big ones. I like fluoro for bulldawgs (not sure why...habit I guess). Don't do much trolling but when I do, I used Fluoro. |
