Im just starting to get into the whole lure making hobby. I live up in Canada and I am having a very hard time finding stainless steel wire for thru wire. I am tempted to just order some online through the US but with the exchange rate not in my favour I would like to find another alternative. Any one suggestions would ber great.

Cheers

Hey i'm from Ontario and had a hard time finding wire as well, but now have a great source. Go to Princess Auto and get some stainless steel tig wire. Its .0625 diameter. Comes in a one pound package, maybe about 40 pces (guessing) each 36" long. Cost is about 15.00.

Its great stuff and perfect for through wire.

Hope this helps.

Moonman.
