Location: Land of the Musky | Good deal! Hope they throw the book at this guy as I am 99% sure he has probably done this many many times before and he is not a young man..... If he cannot respect the sport then I hope they take away his right to enjoy it for the rest of his life! Plain and simple. JMO
James
PS-If he is found innocent I will be protesting on I-35 this Spring in Minneapolis |

| Charges are minimal. They can't do much. Kept and undersized muskie and let it spoil... |

| They might not be able to charge him with anything significant, but this guy's going to have a target on his backside for quite some time.

Here's hoping their courts have more balls than the courts in WI. I've seen some terrible over bagging cases here where despite overwhelming evidence proving guilt and greed beyond belief (thousands of fish over possession limits), the accused got off with a slap on the wrist.

Location: Yahara River Chain | Article says "According to the 52-year-old man, the 38-inch muskie was deep-hooked and would have died anyway."
Even is true, he still could not have killed it due to being undersize. But I doubt if he can claim that after what he said after killing it on the video. |

| I'm with James. You think they'd allow us to shut down a major highway for an extended amount of time?? |

| The public outcry and social stigma has already affected him. I hope they throw the book at him but Karma is coming for this guy. How about a fund me site for a full sized billboard with just his face on it? |

We were talking about the new wave of recording and how it should help get rid of the cheaters or at least make them aware that we're out there.

| If he can't respect all fish then get off the water. 38 inches isent huge but it's a Muskie and a nice sized one. Revoke all his fishing privileges and fine him. |

| I'm pretty sure that a dirtbag like this would still fish if his privileges were revoked. I work with alot of guys that still drive with no license due to multiple DUIs. Idiots just don't care about laws, if they did, they wouldn't be idiots!!!
