Brainerd, MN, May 5, 2008 - Nature Vision Inc., (NASDAQ: NRVN), innovators of Aqua-Vu underwater video cameras today announced the acquisition of certain assets of Marcum Technologies, Inc. (MarCum).

A manufacturer and distributor of electronic sonar and underwater camera devices, the Anoka, Minnesota based company has built a loyal base of customers, particularly within the ice fishing market. Among insiders in this segment of the industry, MarCum has become recognized as the clear performance leader in flasher sonar technology.
